Professor Mandeep K. Dhami

Professor Mandeep K. Dhami is an expert on decision-making in the criminal justice and intelligence analysis domains.

She has over 110 publications and has received several awards including from the European Association for Decision Making and the (American) Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues. Mandeep regularly advises Government bodies on evidence-based policies and practices. Recently, she was on the NATO SAS-114 research panel examining analytic techniques and uncertainty in intelligence analysis.

What piece of work are you most proud of?

I’m probably most proud of my longstanding efforts to study powerful groups in society, especially court judges, who typically escape scientific scrutiny.
