In partnership with BBC Ideas, this debate surfaces the tools we need to futureproof our brains, turning to nature and community to strengthen our psychological resilience.

- Kim Chakanetsa is a Zimbabwean journalist working for the BBC. She currently presents The Conversation on the BBC World Service. She also works with BBC Africa.
- Lucy Jones is an author and freelance journalist, writing on culture, science and nature. Her first book Foxes Unearthed received the Society Of Authors’ Roger Deakin Award.
- Tim Gordon is a marine biologist, studying the impacts of climate change on marine life.
